Rules of the city

Ashfall City is a game for people. These rules keep it fair for everyone. Staff decide what counts as a breach.

One person, one account

Each person may have exactly one account. Do not create extra accounts, share an account, or use someone else's. Households on a shared connection are fine. Tell staff if you share one.

A human at the keyboard

No bots, scripts, macros, auto-clickers or browser extensions that act for you. Read-only tools may be allowed later through an official API.

Keep it fair

• No exploiting bugs. Report them instead.
• No trading Marks, items or accounts for real money.
• No harassment, hate, or impersonating staff.
• Character names must be appropriate.

Penalties

Warning, then rollback of Marks or items, then temporary suspension, then a ban. Serious or repeated breaches can skip steps.

What the game will never do

Ashfall City will never sell Marks, energy, nerve, items or faster timers for real money. There is no real-money gambling.
