The service

Ashfall City is a free online game, provided “as is”, with no guarantee it will always be available. Game balance, items and rules can change. Game currency and items have no cash value and belong to the game.

Who can play

You must be old enough to use the game under its age rules and provide a truthful date of birth. We may refuse or end access to anyone who does not meet the requirements.

Your account

One person, one account, played by a human. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Staff can reset, suspend or ban accounts that break the Rules.

Your content

Character names and any text you submit must not be unlawful, hateful or misleading. We may remove it.

Ending things

You can stop playing at any time and ask us to delete your account. We can end the service or your access with reasonable notice where practical.
